Introducing sunrise and morning yoga in our club!

This season, our club welcomes Cara of Inner Space Yoga for sunrise and morning yoga sessions. Everyone is welcome, from complete beginners to well-seasoned practitioners.
New yogis will almost immediately feel the benefits of practicing yoga, including increased energy, flexibility, strength, and general health. Yoga also cultivates peace of mind, relaxation, and a greater capacity to move through life with more mindfulness and ease. Find out more information on her website here.
