The club is open on Sundays during terms 4 and 1 from 8.30am until about 4pm.

Our club is run by volunteers, so if your query cannot answered by the frequently asked questions (FAQs) and you’ve had a good look through the website, then send us a message and we will get back to you, hopefully within a couple of days.

Renewals

RENEW MEMBERSHIP

The sailing season at VA12SC runs from September - April.

As such annual membership runs from 1st of September - 31st August. Membership renewal is due on the 1st September each year.

We have transitioned our membership renewals system to the Australian Sailing revolutioniseSPORT platform. Through this platform you are able to simultaneously renew your membership, purchase dinghy storage, dinghy charter and annual race entry.

REGISTERING MULTIPLE MEMBERSHIPS - FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS OR ORDINARY MEMBERSHIPS WITH A JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP

To register multiple memberships, we require each family member to be registered individually.

For Family Memberships, first open the membership portal, select ‘new’ or ‘returning’ member, select and purchase the ‘Family Membership’. Next, return to the membership portal, select ‘new’ or ‘returning’ member and select and complete the booking form for the membership type ‘Additional Family Member’. Repeat the ‘Additional Family Member’ process for remaining family members.

For Ordinary Memberships, first open the membership portal, select ‘new’ or ‘returning’ member, select and purchase the ‘Ordinary Membership’. Next, return to the membership portal, select ‘new’ or ‘returning’ member and select and purchase the ‘Junior Membership’.
