Contact Us

The best way to find out about the club is to visit us and meet some members.

The club is open on Sundays during terms 4 and 1 from 8.30am until about 4pm.

Our club is run by volunteers, so if your query cannot answered by the frequently asked questions (FAQs) and you’ve had a good look through the website, then send us a message and we will get back to you, hopefully within a couple of days.

Have you seen our amazing canteen!!

With the help of some amazing members we now have a spacious and modern Club Canteen. It truly has taken a small village to make this happen and we very warmly thank all of those involved. Sasha and Fiona are managing the Canteen this season and have spent the last couple of weekends dusting out the cupboards to be ready for the start of the season. This dynamic duo are carefully planning our menu for the coming season and they wish to advise of the following changes:

  • To save our planet, we are phasing out plastic water bottles, so please BYO! There will be water and cups available each week on the BBQ table. The start boat will be fitted with reusable bottles and we ask sailers, coaches & safety boat volunteers to bring a bottle from home. We are looking into selling reusable VA12SC water bottles but this is some way off.

  • This season we will continue to use the SQUARE credit card system, however due to the fact that our club relies on volunteers to work in the canteen, we have had to simplify the processing of payments. What this means for you, is that to purchase items from the canteen you will need either cash or tap your credit card. We will no longer store c/card details in the system.

As always, the canteen is looking for volunteers and you will receive a separate email with dates available. We ask that each family nominate 2 Sundays over the entire season in which to volunteer in the canteen. The company is delightful :)
