The club is open on Sundays during terms 4 and 1 from 8.30am until about 4pm.

Our club is run by volunteers, so if your query cannot answered by the frequently asked questions (FAQs) and you’ve had a good look through the website, then send us a message and we will get back to you, hopefully within a couple of days.

Our Annual General Meeting will take place virtually on Wednesday 14th July 2021 at 6.30pm.
IMPORTANT: The meeting will be held over Zoom. A link will be provided to enable you to join the meeting.
NOTE: Our Annual Report containing our Financial Statements will be published in July.

NOTICE is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the members of the VAUCLUSE AMATEUR 12FT SAILING CLUB is to be held virtually 6.30pm, Wednesday 14th July, 2021.
 
BUSINESS

  1. Adoption of the minutes of the previous General Meeting

  1. Receive and consider the Commodore’s Report

  1. Receive and consider the Treasurer’s Report

  1. Receive and consider the Financial Statements for the year ended 31st May 2021

  1. To elect Officeholders. In accordance with the Club’s Constitution all Officeholders shall retire at the Annual General Meeting. The following positions are therefore open for election:

  • Commodore

  • Vice Commodore

  • Rear Commodore

  • Club Captain

  • Treasurer

  • Secretary

  • General Committee Members
